One of the most common, as well as important visits in a dental office, is your regular cleaning appointment. This is done by one of our hygienists. For most patients it usually lasts up to 1 hour (30 minutes for a child) during which the hygienist will remove any calculus build-up, polish existing stains, take any routine radiographs and do a fluoride treatment. In certain cases, the hygienist may require to finish your dental cleaning in another appointment.
