Dr. Nicola Naurato received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honours at the University of Toronto in 2000. He then went on to the University of Mississippi to complete one year of general dentistry residency (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) and stayed as a research fellow for a second year.
Dr. Naurato continued his postgraduate education at the University of Rochester to obtain his specialty certificate in periodontology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Periodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. In addition, he has been a clinical instructor of periodontology at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Naurato adds to our practice his expertise in gum-related conditions (periodontitis) as well as implant surgeries and tissue grafting (bone and gingival).
